I've been digging up some texture inspiration and I thought I'd share some with you guys here. Some of these are hand-crafted so not entirely procedural.

Stuff from NaughtyDog for uncharted has been pretty excellent.

For the Uncharted textures, I was surprised by the amount of detail and mix of colors in the diffuse maps, which look awkward by themselves, but when combined with the height maps look very realistic.

These are all PBR based workflows, so the AO map becomes the thing that creates the sense of depth.

excellent and very professional textures very well done with great details, good to see that they are using Substance

I believe the majority of these was processed in substance but sculpted by hand with Zbrush, so I think the operation's partially procedural but majority just plain hard painting work.
