Here is an example of combining three filter effects and blending in Photoshop.
First I used Simple Sketch http://www.filterforge.com/filters/684.html. Then I blended the original in a new layer over the Simple Sketch. Then I used SoftFocus by satoshi http://www.filterforge.com/filters/318.html Then I created a Frame with Frameo a simple new filter I just submitted. Would like to see some more examples of different techniques and combinations.   |

Retouched a little to give a better example. Was not satisfied with example. Softened lines around face.
