Thanks for the examples SpaceRay. I'm working on Pentaflower Four now, with a different approach to the tile seed. Here's an example in FF11 using the cherry basket

Here are some FF11 animations using a modified Pentaflower Four. Frames processed by GIMP, Olive, and GIF2APNG:

12 seconds @ 15fps
mp4 movie . If this doesn't animate, try this 1 meg
animated PNG Not supported in all browsers. 17 meg

I guess that's why they call it Landscape orientation. Your landscapes are great. On another topic here is a geometric idea that SpaceRay brought up. My first pass at this. I want to add more shapes and allow changing the layer order.

Your example looks good although it has some overlapping, but this is not bad and can be a good and interesting alternative.

Thanks Ghislaine! That one was when I was testing out landscape images from the new previews. It kind of happened by accident... the chromatic aberration makes the trees sparkle.
