hey RafaS, it depends a bit on which iridescent effect you want to achieve.
pls drop me a DM on Instagram (@mnaumanndesign) or a mail (mnaumanndesign@gmail.com) might be easier to talk there

PS: thank you Zerdoux!

Hi Martin, thank for sharing your works. They are truly inspiring. I am wondering would it be possible for you to break down the processes of WWP220 and 230 ? Thanks in advance and keep up the great work smile:D

congratulations for all for all your creative and great works and thanks for giving all the links where we can see more of your works

I admire what you do and would like to learn how you do all these things but I understand that they are private things

wish you all the best in selling your artworks

@spaceray I never said I would stay totally quiet about everything smile;) I will focus on the development of my own business ofc but sharing my knowledge is actually a part of the plan. I'm about to do some kind of tutorials next year maybe and will still put some stuff up in the filter library or forum from time to time.

But I still won't put my "popular" or "most useful" filters online, if you are talking about that, that feels wrong to me. I prefer to explain how and why I create those filters, so people get the procedure and not just the result.

but thanks a lot man, I appreciate it! smile:D

I absolute agree with you, I do not want that you just give ONLY the filter, because this is not really what I want, because this does NOT help to understand and KNOW HOW IT WORKS and why you have done it in that way, if you read correctly on my previous post I said

I did not asked you just only to make the filters public, because it would not help to learn how you made it, what I really want and need is just only to LEARN how you are able to create such creative and beautiful things and HOW you are able to connect the different FF components and why you do it, I mean how you are able to create a filter with a specific idea on purpose and that you get the result that you want.

Is really a great news that you may have some time to create some tutorials for FF and explain what you do in such great way, and share your expert knowledge.

Of course that you are always free to show ONLY what you want and consider possible and not reveal your secret weapons or skills for creating your own personal works.

If you give a man a fish, he will be hungry tomorrow. If you teach a man to fish, he will be richer forever

There is this famous quote that could be used here too, because you could share and put the filter here and would be cool for one of some days, but would not help to understand HOW to make filters like the one you made, and so I would still be the same just USING filters instead of being able to CREATE some myself.

So if you are really able to teach about making filters for FF in the creative way you are able to make it would be much appreciated, useful and helpful

Thanks very much and wish you all the best

I really like very much the artworks you are able to do and are very creative and well done, great design

I have found this Behance with a lot of experimental posters you have made in 2017 and I really admire what you have done here and if this has been done with filter forge (at least in part) you are really an expert and great artist that have a great talent

It my be easy (if you learn how) to copy or make art with figurative and real things, but creating total abstract art not based on any figurative things is really much more difficult and complex to make and must have an special artistic talent to do it and be very creative and know much and it is unique and personal done by yourself and not copying anything else

This is just of the many awesome of the artworks shown here above and this one is an available on Pinterest shown here in this link

Hey Spaceray,

this was made with many distortions. I used stretched solid colored noise shaders and shifted them on 90 degrees. Later I shifted b/w gradients on this texture and used lookup to project a colorful image on this distortion map.

I hope that makes sense!

Thanks for your work and showing it at the FF forum. I am trying to do the same, still think this is an amazing product that no one can touch in terms of getting what you want when writing a filter. Hopefully FF joins the future and improves their UI, which is... not so good.

Well it does make sense in some way, but I can not in any way guess and find out to do it myself, but does not matter because it is YOUR art and artistic creation and belongs to you who have the original creator and have had an awesome and artistic work that is not easy to be done.

Yes, I agree that Martin creations are in another level and is unique and no one else have done anything similar, the other artist that could be similar is Skybase.

WOW!!! Thanks really very much and much appreciated for sharing, I like it much and love how it can make such awesome and amazing glitch explosion of bits generated from the source image. Really cool and well done.

I have tested it with FF 12 and FF 10 and also works.
