Is this guy using Filter Forge to create his patterns? He's in SF, right out south of the cliff house, I think.

Wow, it's hard to tell. At first I was like, 'Of course!' but then I looked at the article... I still want to say yes, but it could just be a coincidence.

And to think it all gets eroded away by the wind and the sea in the end...
I love how some of his patterns bend to the natural contours of the landscape. Whereas some art can look out of place, several of his look so natural. Thanks for showing us this, Corvus! ![]() |

Hey, Craig, you're keeping me up later than I wanted
![]() ![]() At least you showed me something pretty fantastic. Not only does Ilana create interesting images, but she goes on to film herself making them and then morphing them to something else and conveying a message. I think both of these authors show that art is not something to be defined or refined, but rather a person's quest to visually share their emotions and ideals in their own individual way to make the world a more beautiful place. Now, I think I'll go and get some rest before I turn into an art theorist. ![]() |

![]() and if you ever want to talk art theory, i can turn you onto a guy that studied it for years and finally did define it and that's quite a trick. never been done before that i know of ![]() If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
