The first 9 presets are sapphires as above...
The rest are free flowing patterns the filter makes. The following samples are of those patterns...

Wow! Again, I am amazed!
OK, you are going to have to show me how you get these colors to come alive! Your use of lighting is nothing less than inspiring. I love presets 17 and 19 the most.
Once again, absolutely fantastic!
Nice job Persidio
Love...

#1 is really quite amazing. i'd love to see more of that glass on metal look.
i like 17 and 19 also and would be fine as their own filter.
the others are good too, but those three are my favorites. If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

I just made a preset off preset 12 (it's already on the way to the library with a full 20 presets... so this one is not included in the bunch... but I can update it to include the preset if anyone wants). ((see attached image))
((((TY)))) on the compliments~

Me too! It's easy to take those two presets and make more with them with variations. I'm pretty sure that by the time I'm done making presets on this one for personal use that I'll have around 40 to choose from. LOL

My computer is now in the same room as Revelations and we're both over here working on filters. Propably going to stop in a few min to watch a movie.

I got to thinking about what you said... you're right.
I have 9 sapphire presets here,,, going to cut them to three or four,,, then add more patterns (already made them).
Also... via your suggestion I've started a filter called "Sapphire Patterns". You really have good advice...
((Thanks for the great advice)~

you're welcome
and on that last one, there is a great, blue heart shape that would be VERY cool to isolate, even if you had to resort to photoshop. If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Okay this is what I did. Five gemstone presets are left and the rest of the presets are patterns. The heart preset is number 7 and included in the batch. 20 presets in all.
Preset 2 is new to the upgrade.
I cannot upgrade the filter till it hits the library on Monday. However the upgrade is done and ready to submit as soon as I see the filter in the library. It may take 24 hours for the upgrade to hit the new filter.
Since Sapphire 1 and 2 have quite a few patterns I made a Sapphire 3 and upgraded the stones.
Here is the new preset number 2~ Click to view larger image~

lookin good, jean.
i'm going to make one more suggestion. this isnt suggested in order to alter the current filter. it's suggested in order to see a new one as well. there is a certain liguid factor in this one (and in sapphire 3). i'd like to see one where that aspect is lessened, where the metal is more defined and doesnt 'run/bleed' so much. i think it would offset your gems nicely that way. If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Hi Kreallin,
Did alot of testing with the Sapphire set... I tried that and what happened was a block dull stone. The controls do allow taking the bevel sharp. So if someone does perfer a crip look it is very possible to get this thru the controls. However I did not think those presets looked as well as the other so purposefully did not include them in the set... not to say someone could not use the controls to add them.
Good eye Kreallin!
