Okay just my two cents
First off the results component there is a drop down box for simplel filter or surface filter
ditch surface for simple --its the height component doing you in
add a nother perlin noise at a somewhat large scale and rough
use that as a n alpha to blend 2 versions of the night sky
so that you have colors moving in and out of one another
but the surface compnont is what is makeing this look rocky
Great first filter though just needs a little more love is all
lets all whine for a wine port
