I was having trouble with this filter, but after playing around with it for awhile I managed to get it to work!

Note this part in the description ----> You need to start with a square image for it to work right. <----That just means it has to have an even number of pixels tall & wide. For instance, it works perfectly with the lifesaver pic built in, because that is 600 X 600. Hope this helps, or better explains what you figured out to make it work for you. smile:)
