another filter that came out of my making a "cool pattern"...this one kinda reminded me of my mums old doilies (?sp)...so I had to look up what that type of thing was called...hence "Tatting"

I am thinking of changing the default to variation #4 as it has a really cool pattern....but it might not be worth to update just for that LOL

yes on #4 and #5 looks right for doilies too. i'd expand on this more. there's a LOT of folks out there that would love a good doilee filter. also, how about a transparent background option? If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Hmmm...I was looking at the lifesaver as a transparent bg because I tend to use stuff like this in a new layer in photoshop...but yeah...I can make a proper transparent bg...it will give me an excuse to update

Very nice! I like this a lot!
I had been doing something similar (your tatting pattern is similar to how I got the lace in my lace curtains) but I was frustrated that I couldn't get the darn thing to go circular.
We've got lace, tatting, weaving, and knitting... now we need crochet and rugpunch filters, and we're set.
... oooo, a rugpunch filter....
