Thanks Carl & Persidio! I was trying to get something that looked like a sculpture or a painting, yet kind of 3-D but not totally realistic looking like Crapadilla's "Unstable Weave" http://www.filterforge.com/filters/1554.html. I was torn between using the default and variation # 2 as the default. Anyway this is pretty much what I had in mind, and I like the fact that when you reduce the "Size, pixels" multiple instances of the image are created (variations # 5, 7, 8 ) and they are all different! Guess i'm kind of slow because I was suprised they were different. I suppose it's due to to Distortion. Variations # 5 reminds me of a progressive abstract painting. Variations # 5 reminds me of some sort of ancient writing.

Thanks,
David

The presets are very nice~ (((Wish there were more)) Maybe on a upgrade you can include more? smile:D smile:D smile:D

Going to make a stamp/tube out of it-------> and load it in my paint program~ From there it may take on varients when manipulated~ smile:D smile:D smile:D Can't wait to see what it does. Can't do that today but will do it this weekend or early next week~ (((Excited to take this one out for a test drive)))

smile:D

got some fascinating looks there. not quite sure what i could use them for, but nonetheless fascinating. i really like variation 4. i could easily see doing something like that as a metal sculpture. variation #1 also fascinates me, sort of a metal, swarming school of fish...or something.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
