Thanks you spaceray and for all your support over the many years, you have kept the forum alive, all the best for your future. If I can get it together I'll do a filter dump, I have so many filters ideas that are almost there that just need polishing or have concepts that can be separated and used to construct filters, it seem such a waste to let them die with me, hopefully the community can find them useful.

I am deeply saddened reading your comments in the Formosity Filter. So many people I know have been effected by, or currently have similar afflictions. For you to work through your illness and be concerned about placing more filters on this site is remarkable. Thank you, and again much love. |

I am absolutely devastated to learn that Carl succumbed to glioblastoma in January 2024. I haven't been a regular visitor to FilterForge for several years now and today's visit to see what Carl has been up to has shaken me to the core. I wish I could have told him how much I admired and appreciated his work.

I totally agree that it was very bad and I felt it so much that such awesome and amazing persons like Carl and Craig are no more here. They were very creative and special.
Really FF Forum has lost ( not because of death as I think most may be still alive) a huge amount of powerful, awesome and amazing persons that had been involved very much in the past and contributed very much to make FF shine and give their unique ideas and skills and I really miss very much when FF was a thriving forum. |
