Making a crystal growth filter would be not too difficult. Just adding a top and increasing the Density or adding a simple base to keep the crystals together.

Great and lovely, awesome results AND with 7 different shapes created, very good and well done, and how all these shapes are organized and distributed according the original source image AND is made in 3D space distribution and not in 2D, and they have shadows too,
![]() ![]() I was wondering how you could do a 3D stick, and seen that is by joining many 3D cubes together, clever and well done, and as said, not only have done sticks, also created other 3D shapes with the cubes Like it much I repeat also the same as I have put in the Deep Cube 4 |

Yes, making this filter I remembered your post about the sticks, cigarettes, matches art. ![]() Changing the sticks to matches is very easy. I have a version of this same filter with longer sticks. Adding a shaded Ellipse on the top would give the feeling of the matches. |

This is where Filter forge shines, and with the creativity of some experts like Ramlyn that share this kind of beauty
This filter gives some "explosive" power effect to simple images as shown very well by DJI And I think that this could be further developed and have some possible variations Congratulations again for this and the other similar filters you have already madethat look like this one shown on this thread |

Thanks SpaceRay.
I will think about possible developments from this filter. ![]() Before I did some test, but the results were not so innovative. They looked too much like this filter, so it was not worth to upload them. But let's see. |
