SpaceRay SpaceRay Posts: 12302 Filters: 35	I like much the effect done by this filter over a photo. For me it also looks like you pour some liquid transparent paraffin wax over the photo and then you bang it up making holes on it. Well done effect that does not deserve to have a low usage rank.
