The problem:

We have an int slider from which we'd like to derive an 'On' state (white color map) for every even number and an 'Off' state (black color map) for every odd number.

Anyone know a way to do this without using a Switch component (which would limit the int slider to a maximum of 12 input values)?

I bet this is an easy one but I'm just not getting the lightbulb lit, currently... smile:|

LOL, I'll have to remember to always post here when getting a lightbulb block... smile:D

But maybe there is something even simpler than this checker-based solution.

Dilla, here's one solution. It is more complex than yours, but it does extend the slider range all the way to 1000.
