Filter Forge - Adding inbuilted (preinstaled) images in to current image

Hallo
I would like to create filter like this program:

It could replace dressed bosom by the program-inbuilted naked.

This program is unfortunately not developed yet
and this version makes not it possible to save result.

But I don't think FF is really quite what you're looking for. Although it might be able to do multiple picture stuff like that in V2 next year.
