Carl, love the gravel noise! It's starting to look pretty close to terazzo flooring.

Dilla, that's sweet looking scrap-a-dilla mix. Like unfinished concrete job. I can't quite place it, but it looks wonderfully mesmerizing. (Okay, so I'm a civil engineer, I can entertain myself with a rock)

I wonder if black with a few streaks of luminous orange it wouldn't look like fresh lava flow.

Um.. what would that look like in a few shades of browns Crapadilla? Kinda has a rough bark look to it.

cool, carl. i think it needs a touch more definition, though.

Dilla your latest would be fantastic as thick oil paint [ impasto ] , it has pallete knife and brush marks, if an image could be incorporated that would be a incredible smile8) smile8) smile8)

I was liking it, it does need development - problem - I have literally hundreds and hundreds of developing filters [ which I'm sure most of the authors here would smile;) ] alot of varations and ones that have some interesting bit/snippet and lots of pretty useless ones LOL, and have managed to loose it amongst them, if there is one thing I pray they give us is folders in V2 smile;) smile:)

and yes, i like it, too, carl. i'd just like to see the definition between the two gravel types more clear is all.

Yes it works, best way to keep track of the final version and you can then clean out working progress in My Filters smile;) smile:)

You could even go further with putting some areas of exposed brick showing through like the plaster has fallen off of it..... smile:devil:

very cool, carl. but, you've got a few too many hard edges in there for it to be mud. looks more like peanut brittle. (and no, i'm not trying to be funny here smile:) ).

Hmmmmm.....I would darken it just a little, tone down the refections with some reflection blur, then put either a footprint, bootprint, or pawprint in the middle of it.....and call it "Mud Tracks"...... smile:devil:

needs work [ maybe it should be Peanut Brittle smile;) ] the hard edges were there as shoe imprint for the trampled effect - the reflection does need toning down smile:)
