How long can be the name of a filter that is going to be submitted?

Most of the filters have a short name or have a name with 3 or 4 words, but I have tried to find the largest name you can write in the filter editor in the space for the "Filter Name" until it does not let you write more, and the result is REALLY long smile:D

I did not count how many letters are inside this but is a lot of them

I would never submit a filter with such a long name, but was curious to know what is the real limit of the name of a filter, so would be allowed such a long name as a filter name?
