Good implementation. I've toyed around with a similar filter idea but never got it flying. I would like some more texture options for the rocks, but maybe I implement that myself - I never expected the Spanish inquisition |

This is a great filter. I actually logged in to make a comment on this filter and found this thread.
I just used fertilizer composited using masking and blend modes in Photoshop with a couple of other textures over a Carrara terrain landscape preset to make a really nice ground texture for a couple of images I have entered in a render contest on DAZ ArtZone. I can't post them over here at this time as it would DQ my entries. If you're a member of DAZ3d ArtZone by chance, my entries are at the bottom of page 2 in the Official Contest forum<Current Contests<Heroes<Page 2<"Eco-Green" and "Take a Spin With Me". I use the same screen name and avatar. Your filter makes up the bulk of the foreground ground effect but I should give a mention to two other Filter Forge textures that I used in this blend: Bone Bump by Dark3K http://www.filterforge.com/filters/414.html and Bonez by Rawn (RawArt) http://www.filterforge.com/filters/8030.html |
