You should use a small radius Median component at the end to smooth out the corners.

I agree with you that although this is a very simple maze, is a wonderful filter in itself for making this kind of patterns in a simple way, and this could be used also as maps source images for loading it on other filters and also to blend this using blend modes with some images or photos
