very cool
i dont know if you have already or not, but there are a couple other wood carving type filters in the library. i think one is named something like wormwood and not sure of the other(s). and no, i'm not accusing your of plagarizing their filters! yours is significantly different and i like it! If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

I did a search for similar filters before I worked on it, as I had a need for something like this, but could not find the right filter, so I created this one.
Lacquer will be in the revised version
Thanks for the comments!

Hey, looks cool. Have you thought about adding some darkness to the 'cut', so it pops out more? (or looks like a wood burn)

I can't praise you for the wood, put the carving looks nice! Maybe you could add an option for a selection and bevel the edges?

Well, I can't do anything to it because we had a power outage and when it came back, Filter Forge (demo) will no longer load for me, even though I had over 2 weeks left on my evaluation. Bummer...
Thanks for commenting, Jack
