Hehe, I was actually working on a filter that looks JUST. LIKE. THIS. But I didn't perfect it, I think repeats were messed up, but wow at how similar it is. (Don't take it like I think you stole my idea or anything, it was just interesting.)

Now for my useful comment: Color Option. smile;)

Betis,

Great minds think alike. smile;)
Yes, I did spend some time with the repeats and other components and found that the end product was pretty simple.

As this is a snippet, i did not include color options. What I actually want to do is get rid of the last threshold and add some smoothness to the curve to create 3d patterns, like this:

make it yellowish and you've almost got honeycomb there, indigo.

I was suggesting a color option because:

1. I doesn't say Snippet in the name! smile;)
2. I tend to print out this pdf of triangular graphpaper, I use it to draw 3D Isometric images, and I would love to use this instead. smile:D

Well if you're going to do that, I'm sure I can make some arrangements. smile;)
Meanwhile, I'll be experimenting with the 3d possibilities of this filter...
