love this! reducing the color saturation and adjusting the lightness gives some beautiful backgrounds to paint on!

Cool filter CFandM! Very artistic
at least 90 percent of all sensation is texture, even beyond the visual, with elements of noise, tone, gradients, interval and degree.

i took a look at the guts on this one. i love how you started it. that could work for many different filter types. nice
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

i did a little modding on this one. CF's filter is a pure abstract. but i wanted to see what it could do as an abstract OF something, and so this mod.
 If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Eventually I find some again..But yep another side-effect of working on too many filters at once..
Thought about this while looking at some of the halftone filters as another sort of blending method of sorts... Thanks one and all.. Stupid things happen to computers for stupid reasons at stupid times! |

I generated an image I loved from this, had it printed on fabric at Spoonflower.com, and am making it into an art quilt. Will post a pic when it's done! Thanks for the amazing filter!
