good filter, wrong name. this is an 'edge' filter or contents filter. a grunge frame would have the frame as grunged, not the image smile;)
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Well, as Craig stated, the filter obviously works on the edges of the image, so something like 'Grungy Edges/Margins/Rim/Fringe/etc' would appear to be quite fitting...
