Karen, the filter is way too slow for what it does. You use two Motion Blurs and Sharpen, which are slow components -- especially when linked together.
You can replace all these slow components with just two Perlin noises -- use their Stretch and Angle parameters. For Sharpen, you may try the Contrast parameter of the Perlin Noise. |
