Before I go on, special thanks to Vladimir Golovin and Brunotallado. (Their comic styles helped me produce mine)

I was going for that Film noir, dark, sin city style comic effect with this filter. I think I pulled it off pretty well, but as I learn more, Ill refine this to get it just right witht the effect. The pre-sets work with most pictures you'll come across, but its just a matter of tinkering with the controls to get that just right feeling. Again thank you, and Enjoy!
