I had one more image but I guess FF got tired of me attaching files. Oh well...

As always it helps to look at the images not just the previews.

Thanks for checking them out. smile:)

Thank you Steve – Thanks also for the guidance into this new direction. I have never worked with pastels before and it opens a lot of doors for me. I would like to do a set of pastel filters one day. smile:)

I would say "go for it!!!".....because I haven't seen anyone do what I consider to be "true" realistic watercolor and pastel colorizations.....so the stage is all yours with all kinds of different directions to go with it.....and guarranteed to be used by many.....right up to "HU" ville smile:) smile:) smile:)

Thanks ahimsa but I get the feeling that people were a little freaked out by the effect it has on faces. I thought it was kinda cool, a sort of metallic doll look but I got some feedback locally that was pretty negative. But there is no denying that it makes the Korean bills look cool.

Thanks for checking it out. smile:)

I personally like the effect and I think it can be used for more than just faces. You did a very good job on the metallic effect and I know from my own experience it isn't easy to do. Hope it becomes HU.

It's a very pretty filter.

So when you get enough HUs for a second one with upgrades, you got someone to give it to?

I think there should be some FF logo wear to buy with HUs so when you have all the copies of the program you need you can start earning jackets and stuff.

I don't want to ever think about HUs again for as long as I live. I just want to make really pretty and nice filters. smile:)
It's really nice of you to give them as gifts. If I just happen to get some more I would like to do that too. smile:)

There is this one I have been playing around with. It still needs work. Notice how it has one big ball in the middle so it's different than the other one. Be sure to load the larger image or you will not be able to see the detailed relfections.
I have been so busy with Maya that I have not had time to work on ff like I would like. Btw, I blame you for my 3d project taking so long. smile;) smile:) Remember it was you that said you wanted models that would take textures without stretching? So I decided to do my own rigging and skinning. I way underestimated what a big deal that would be. I think it will be worth it though. smile:)

I tried and tried to make it look like the little balls were passing through the surface of the big ball but I never got that to work.
