Sometimes it takes a little while before anyone posts about a filter..Either they are having fun with the filter or just checking it out before they post about...There was only a couple of days inbetween your filter submission and your post....
Then sometimes its just not what people are interested in...So there are a whole lot of variables that go into "why" and "why not" people are using or not using a particular filter...

I have to say that usually there is very few comments on the forum about the filters, and only the ones that really like it much or want to say something are writing some comments, SO this does not mean that your filter is NOT being used, you have to see how many downloads it has and this may be a better measure if anyone may be interested in it or not

Also it could happen that when you publish it there is few people interested, but then after some time there could be that find you filter and like it

I know that is good to get comments about your filters, but do not expect to have them to value yourself your work. What is important is that you like it and you find it awesome as you have said, then is not important what others may think about, and if they like it they may tell you, or not. as said the silent measure of downloads is the best way and until now there are already 78 downloads, so there is people interested
