Remove the "scale" transformation at the end of the tree and enable seamless tiling via "overrides" menu.

Looks like the filter needs work. The input from noise gradient --> gamma --> brightness/contrast is unnecessary, in fact may be slowing the filter down significantly. Much of the "noise gradient" should be enough to produce the gradient necessary for the final look. If by any chance noise-gradient doesn't cut it, it's better using a profile gradient with a noise curve. That should give enough control to allow gamma and brightness/contrast to be bypassed completely.
