There's a lot of effort and work here. I think you nailed the look of it. The overall tones and textural elements are fantastic, and I'd say this is running my imagination on stuff!

As I updated the filter, it seems that the previews are glitched. When I render the filter in FF I can't see those color-bleeding boxes

I think the glitches are being caused by precision errors with floating point math. Not your fault at all, and you can fix it.
When you create the lights, you have two elevation gradients, and that's where the glitches seem to be coming from. You need to clamp the range of the elevation to between 0 and 1 brightness. One way to do this is to add a threshold with threshold = 50 and smooth = 100. See if this helps.

Also, I recommend making at least 9 presets, otherwise the filter submit wizard will generate random presets for you, and they may not look good.

Thanks. That "Threshold" did the trick. I'll upload new version tomorrow. It's kind of strange that FF doesn't clamp input automatically if certain component requires input to be at a specific range.
Also "Clamp" to the RGB math section wouldn't hurt.
