Yeow! You do love to pile on the controls.

I love the way the "grunge" unfolds across the image, though I like the texture just without a photo applied, as it would makes a good normal map for some materials.
One thing fr om a user perspective: Try to lim it the controls to a minimum and sacrifice a number of them for the ease of use of the filter. If a filter has has more than 10 controls, each labeled with cryptic names like "ModeB01" and so on, the meaning of the control will be clear to you (since you created the filter), but someone who is playing with it for the first time will be totally overwhelmed and have difficulties in figuring out, what each of those controls does. Try to keep the controls down. Users who want to mess with it, will open the network anyways and start playing around in there. Just my 2 cents. Still, I like the bumpy, grungy effect. I might draw some inspiration from it ![]() |

Thanks DJI and raabix.
I may make an update where it is possible to choose between image and color. For raabix : Thank you for the suggestion. Yes, I'm thinking to upload in the library lite versions of the big filters, with a limited number of controls and put a link for who wants the full version. I already did for some filter. The names of the controls are a trouble for me, especially in filters like this, where the same components are repeated several times. I would like to add more explicative names, unfortunately there is only a very limited space for writing. Both me and other users asked to FF to add space to type more characters ( nobody means a huge space, just 10-20 characters more ) but it seems they aren't going to do it. |
