I think that the default preset you have put is very simple and poor and does not show really how well done this filter is, the preset 11 is better showing it.

Glad you guys like the filter.
It was inspired by light streak effects you sometimes get with lens flare artifacts. It's also great for generating energy textures, as you guys showed here. |
