Sorry, I have not been able to copy the XML file to the presets. Will wait until Morgantao tells what could be happening.

When copying and opening FF after it tells me that it is invalid smile:(

To me it didn't have any error message about something invalid... It just didn't show the presets.

I may have spoke too soon... Can you guys give it a go and see if all the presets match what you get when you render them?
For me there's a difference between what the preset icon shows, and what the real render gives. Also I have alot that are the same.

Ghislaine, can you please upload the xml file again, maybe the same thing that gave the error message also corrupt the presets.

OK, seems the file I uploaded should work.
The only weird thing is some of the preset thumbnails are different than the result I get on the render itself, unless I play with the "Type" control slider.... smile:?:

I will delete the filter and so it cleans any possible problem, and then will download it again and put the new presets you have done Morgantao

More Weird, when I first copied the presets the thumbnails have been the same as the ones you have posted in your screenshot BUT the result was the SAME as those thumbnails, and I found very strange that there was many repeating presets, BUT NOW when I open again FF and put this filter again it happens the same as you !! smile:?:

Is true the thumbnails presets are NOT showing the real result!! smile:?:

I will delete again the filter and will copy again the original presets from Ghislaine and see what happens.

I think that we should TEST this in another thread and not continue littering the Ghislaine thread.

Good idea. We should also test it on other filters to see if it's a repeating problem.

I have deleted the filter (and the presets gets deleted too) and downloaded again and copied the presets from GHislaine in the second post and STILL I am getting the invalid error

I have fixed the 45 extra presets for you Ghislaine, I hope that now this time it works right. I have tested it and for me it works, letÂ´s hope that for all of you too.

This file must be copied to your "my presets" folder with your Filter Forge CLOSED.

So next time you open FF it will have 45 extra presets.

Ghislaine, can you please test SpaceRay's preset file, and tell us if it's the same as your actual presets that you have uploaded originaly?
I still have this feeling that some of the presets are not how you ment them to be.

I canÂ´t be sure that the presets are EXACTLY the same as the ones from Ghislaine, because I have no reference on how the originals looks like. I have modified the code and the settings to be able to rebuild the presets and transfered the presets from the factory presets each one to user presets so it would be much easier to install and will have much less risk of not working.

Here a screen of my 46 presets on the original that you must have the xml. You have to forget the first 20 presets you have on your image Morgan and Spaceray because I put the Spaceray last xml file in my presets folder, so these 46 presets do not appear in my 20 presets of the filter that I have uploaded. Dont know why smile:?:

Maybe because I get already those 46 presets on the original filter... smile:?:

It seems that we do not have the same all images.
