No more multiple blur hacks - this filter gives you fully dynamic radius control when blurring. Use the filter as is or dig into the guts and copy the few essential parts for use in your own filters. The custom radius map is active when the Radius Map Selector is set to 11.Note that the method only works with box blur (i.e. non gaussian). Credits goes to inujima for laying the ground for this method.
