Description
This filter will smooth an image out a bit without too much posterization. It also adds an outline which can vary from dark to saturated color. The grain effect also can vary the appearance of the image. It kind of looks like illustrations found in old books, especially old school books. You can create a line art look with flat color. At extremes the color is somewhat out of whack like the printing press is not in register or old. The basic look is somewhat crude, but a much finer result can be obtained by adjusting the pixel size slider.
