Description
This filter will smooth an image out a bit without too much posterization. It also adds an outline which can vary from dark to saturated color. The grain effect also can vary the appearance of the image. This my first attempt to achieve something similar to the old Buzz Simplifier filter.Tip: The pixel size slider can really tweak the end result.
