This is a surface filter that creates an effect that resembles bacteria growing in a petri dish.This filter effect is heavily influenced by the lighting effects tab. Color Overlay will influence the gel color, however, the lighting probe in the lighting effects tab is also in play.The "Variation" slider can be used to adjust the bacterial growth pattern.
