Description
One mixed media style of painting uses gesso or paint mixed with filler material such as sand or fibers to produce highly textured paintings. Different types of paints can be used such as poster paints, acrylics, or even thin water colors over gesso texture. This makes for a cool mixed media effect. Lots of mixed media styles can be reproduced with the controls of this filter. It’s all about experimentation. Just slide the sliders.Tip: The surface control slider controls where and how much texture is placed on the canvas. The other sliders determine the paint styles used.
