This filter borrows heavily from Grin Inc and any angle rotate filters and produces a tile effect with random rotation and other filters as wellThis is based upone my star fille dreams filter and adds the capacity to add a constelation pattern to the mix–if the constalation dosnt look right that is because the presets are set to make the example photo look good and may need serious adjustment by the end user the key compnonents are the src-selector slider and constelation slider theese control names are all in caps for this reasonthe constelation slider basically controls the threshold for the constalation alpha
