Here's a simple yet effective filter that creates hair textures.I kept the controls simple in order to achieve good results each time.You'll achieve best results if you choose colors not very saturated.I didn't include transparency nor distortion because if you're going to use it to texture 3d meshes, you'll need it this way to tailor it later for that specific mesh.
