Description
Tone Surgeon is a *very fast rendering* picture altering filter. The looks here are in the faded, simplified, neon, and posterized areas mostly. This filter is pretty simple, but the range limited controls are set up to give you maximum results with minimum effort. 20 presets are included to show you most of the range of the filter, and the controls are listed top-to-bottom, in the order that they affect your picture. This V2 update adds a few new controls, and please note that with *Brightness/Contrast* (a setting of 33.33 = 0/center on this control). Also, some subtle internal changes, add 3 fold to the variety of looks that can be achieved with this filter. The rendering time remains the same, very fast.
