Description
This started out as a noise generating filter and branched out into a texture filter and an effect filter. The inspiration for it came from Puffy by BenBeckwith and, indirectly, ThreeDee who shared the technique for directional strokes / flow mapping. The first and ninth presets feature demo noise, showing how the filter works as a noise generator. This version will apply the cloud flow effect to the open Image. This version is designed to take a Selection or Image Alpha and mask the cloud flow. A different version is also being submitted as a Texture filter.
