Description
This is my Three Hundred and Fifth filter. I hope you like it and find it useful. This is a modification of a filter called "Pandora's Storm" by Benji3o3. Thanx for your filter. This filter has controls for the horizontal and vertical axis, a rotation control and a scale up control. The whole setup is designed so you can zerro in and a specific portion of the image you want to scale up. But remember; when you rotate the image the H-V axis moves with it.
