Description
This is a modification of ThreeDee's Lightning filter. I added a rotation control so the lightning bolts don't have to be just vertical or horizontal. I also removed the image component and replaced it with a background color option, or you can set the background to transparent to place the lightning on an image. I added a "clouds" option to introduce faint clouds into the night sky. I added an "invert" control to get a little wild and crazy. There were other additions and deletions too numerous to mention, but those are the main ones.
