A Shifting your image filter with all sorts of shapes soft smooth shifting and sqaure shifting. Plus distort fray image edges and distort and fray Effect edges which looks very effective as well. There is a global square smooth shape control and a BG (background)smoother shape control so the shift can be squarer or smoother and a more rounder effect when smoother. there is a less/more shift control,and a percentage FX shift control also change area FG shift and BG/FG vary shift. You can scale the size up globally of both so larger or smaller shift and it looks good too. I made a few different examples to best show the effect but you can do alot with it, there are a few more controls and they all work as they say and well. Anyway I call it A Shifter. So that's it.
