Description
This filter is about moving the vig that I call a shadow vig which just enables you to move the position right through out the image, of course not like a normal vig. Many controls to move the vig like scale the vig edge & size in & out,offset the vig, flip the vig X&Y ,blur the vig, & shadow left X, shadow top Y, shadow right X & shadow bottomY,plus bevel edge,so take it easy with the X&Y factors off the shadow vig. Plus you can change the vig color.
