Description
Well I didn't start out with anything in mind but as I was playing around with stuff trying this or that I came up with the Idea of a distotion filter without using noise distortion and this is it. This filter is prity staight forward the controls are all about distorting the image making it look funny and the 3 color gradiant + hue settings wich help greatly,also color and movement of the gradiant color+ blur gradiant and blur image. I used the Impuse and perlin noise + refraction to get the distotions also invert impulse too. I put in offset controls to centre the image or art work that you are working on and sharpen + sharpen radius. One thing though in seamless tilling like alot of my filters they look different, so you may need to adjust a bit more if you need a seamless tile, Ok. Hope some of you find it useful. Cheers.
