Description
This is my Two Hundred and Sixtieth filter. I hope you like it and find it useful. In order to do the color shifting I've used a snippet called "Any Angle Rotate v1.1" by Uberzev. Thanx Uberzev for your snippet.The main thing you should be aware of with this filter is that when you move the scale slider to zero you'll need to go to the lighting settings and move the surface height slider to zero also. That way you won't get any distortion. This filter workes best with multicolored images.
