Puts Ice on your image. Play around with the refraction, a subtle ice crustals layer and some 'image icing'. Play around, it's best to start from one of the presets.The last 2 controls adjust the image contrast a bit.The Filter would still need some tweaks, but I spent too much time on it already. so have fun!
