This started out as a mod of "Splatter" by Sjeiti, but has gone through significant changes. Even so, Sjeiti deserves significant credit.As far as the end-user is concerned, the main difference between "Splatter" and this one is that this filter is a bit more closely tied to the image's brightness value to guide the pooling of liquid.
