Description

This filter started out so simple; I just wanted to create a filter that simulated Cherenkov radiation, and it just mutated into this... thing. Gradient OpacitySelf-explanatory, right? Brightness as SourceLeft unchecked, the elevation map is applied through a desaturated copy of the source image. Checked, the map is applied to the source's HSB brightness channel. Saturation from Grad Brightness from GradThese sliders influence the gradient's contributions to the respective HSB values of the final result. Blending ModeAgain with the self-explanatory functionality business. Mask by Orig. Sat.This function uses the HSB saturation channel as a mask that limits the visible areas of the gradient. The rest of the settings are vanilla gradient map options.
